Cotton Power Excel Knit Limited office consists of an administrative and merchandising team and operational team consisting of technical personnel. Our operations/ merchandising personnel are well experienced (10-20 years) in the garments trade and work closely with the Buyer to ensure that all information and instructions are followed correctly and promptly so that samples, production, and delivery requirements are met to Buyer's satisfaction. Our technical team has technicians with at least 10 years working experience each, and they work diligently to monitor and follow up on orders and production on a daily basis at every factory. They also attend annual workshops suggested by buyer out side Bangladesh. Cotton Power Excel Knit Limited merchandisers and technicians follow up on samples (all stages), fabric/acc (order, development, shipment), production planning, then production, final inspection and shipment. At all times, our operations team is in daily communication on email, liaising with the Buyer and factories, informing Buyer of the actual status of each order/production/shipment.

Cotton Power Excel Knit Ltd. has a vast range of Knitting Machine and capable to produce various types of knit fabric in both open and tube form such as Single Jersey, Rib Jersey, Interlock, Pique, French Terry, Yarn Died in both feeder and Engineering Stripe, we do all type of fabric with Spandex or without spandex. to produce these type of fabric we use Cotton, Polyester, Viscose and various kind of mixed composition like, Poly Cotton, Cotton Poly, Cotton Viscose, Poly Viscose etc. and with the existing facility Cotton Power Excel Knit Ltd. is capable to produce 3 tons of knit fabric a day..
Cutting:

Embellishment:
This unit is a blending of embroidery, print, stonework etc. Before we sew the garments, we embellish IT according to buyer's requirement. We have 20 head Tazima embroidery machine with all sort of attachment facility like; sequence, stone attachment etc. In printing section we have both automatic & Manual print facility along with heat press machine and with the existing facility we are capable to print 10,000pcs (3-4color) per day. .
Sewing::
Sewing unit of Cotton Power Excel Knit Ltd. is arranged in vertical order; the unit is facilitated specially for fashionable garment production with various types of world reputed brand's machineries, the unit is operated by a group of trained and efficient workforce and is managed by a team of experienced professional. With the existing setup Cotton Power Excel Knit Ltd. is capable to produce 16,000 pcs garment per day from 122 no's S/Machines.
Garment Finishing:
Last step of a garment production is finishing to Tagging, Ironing to Packaging; so many steps are there, the basic steps are Ironing, quality & measurement inspection, folding, metal detection, tagging, final getup inspection, poly & packing. arranges its finishing section as per buyer's requirement and accommodates accordingly. .
